What is a LOMA Letter?
The FEMA Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) determination will state the property or building is correctly shown outside the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and, therefore, the mandatory flood insurance requirement does not apply!!!.
In order to know if your property is located outside of a flood risk zone, order an Elevation Certificate now and we will let you know if you are a LOMA candidate!!!
If you are a Loma Candidate, we encourage you to order a Loma Letter Application with us and submit it to FEMA ( Federal Management Agency ) to start the process of being removed from flood zone!!! Maybe you are paying unnecessary flood insurance in your residence, apartment or commercial building!!!
