Threshold Engineers & Threshold Building InspectionsAccording to Florida Statute 553.71(7) "Threshold Building" means an architecture that is bigger than 3-storeys or 50 ft. in terms of height or the building that has an assembled occupancy classification as defined in the Florida Building Code and which exceeds 5000 sq. ft. with respect to area and the occupant more than 500 individuals. The threshold inspections layout should be submitted and accepted by an enforcing company prior to the issue of building consent to construct a threshold structure. Our threshold engineers consider every parameter to ensure quality assurance in all sorts of building inspections. |
